In 2014, Tsogo Sun Holdings launched a series of brand-new food and beverage franchises. One of the first was Vigour & Verve, a stylish and trendy new restaurant that offers nutritious breakfasts, wholesome lunches and hearty dinners. The brief we received required us to create a brand that appeals to the modern South African.
Dieselbrook steered the entire creative process, from developing the brand and its name to designing and rolling out all corporate identity guidelines and applications. From the interior of the restaurant, the menus and the waitrons’ attire to branding on cups, coasters and ice buckets – we covered all bases.
The result was a confident and modern brand that is proudly South African and unique in the way that it does not adhere to any South African stereotypes. The restaurant was designed to connect and communicate with South Africans of all shapes, sizes, colours and creeds, and this is exactly what Vigour & Verve achieved.
