Chris&Alley is the proud legacy of two passionate individuals who had been perfecting their product and service offerings in the beauty industry for years. The unique vision behind their brand continues to exceed clients’ expectations and allowed them to differentiate their business model from your typical beauty salon franchise.

The main objective was to establish Chris&Alley as a leader in the beauty industry by cementing their beauty offering as a lifestyle brand. This was done through brand development and direction, which included brand name ideation. The brand name is based on the names of the company owners and speaks to the personal approach and individualised client service that Chris&Alley is known for. It was chosen with the target market in mind, seeing that both men's and women's treatments are offered in-store.

Secondly, we worked on boosting brand awareness and online sales through the design and development of their brand-new website. We were also tasked with brainstorming their physical store’s aesthetic and we were responsible for introducing both old and new consumers to Chris&Alley’s new lifestyle brand, making sure that each point of contact tied into the experiential approach that sets their brand apart from its competitors. This was done through in-store communication, as well as digital elements such as emailers, print collateral, social media assets, and in-app content.

After researching both direct and indirect competitors, we had the insights needed to establish their unique brand positioning and to develop a clear digital strategy that aligned with their business objectives.
